General contractor serving Anchorage

RAM Construction & Remodel was founded in 2018 by cousins Matthew Millar and Andrew Miessner. Both were born and raised in Anchorage, and between them they bring over 30 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. Growing up here means they know Alaska's climate, its building demands, and the people who call this city home.

Matthew and Andrew have each run small businesses in Anchorage before joining forces under RAM. That background gave them a clear picture of what local homeowners actually need: reliable communication, honest pricing, and work that holds up through Alaska's tough winters. They built this company around those values from day one.

RAM is a family-owned, locally owned business in every sense. The cousins are 35-year Alaskan residents who are invested in this community long after the job is done. When you hire RAM, you're working directly with people who live in the same neighborhoods, shop at the same stores, and take pride in the same city.

The team specializes in kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and full home remodels, including custom-designed spaces built to fit how you actually live. They also handle deck construction, window and door installation, and a wide range of handyman services. Whether you need a single repair or a complete renovation, RAM has the experience to get it done right.

RAM serves homeowners and property owners across Anchorage. From midtown to the hillside, they understand the unique conditions that come with building and remodeling in Alaska, and they plan every project with that knowledge in mind.
